  • By using our web portal HBMS, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using HBMS, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use HBMS.

User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using HBMS and to update such information as necessary.

License

  • We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use HBMS for the purpose of managing hotel reservations. This license does not grant you ownership of the HBMS portal or any intellectual property rights.
  • You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble HBMS.
  • You agree not to use HBMS for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
  • You agree not to distribute or share your access credentials with any third party.

Reservation Management

  • You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all reservation details entered into HBMS. We are not liable for errors or omissions in reservations made through your HBMS portal account.
  • Any changes or cancellations to reservations must be made in accordance with the policies set by the hotel. We are not responsible for any issues related to reservations once they have been made.

Fees and Payments

  • HBMS may require a subscription fee or other charges. These fees are non-refundable.
  • HBMS will not collect any payment from your guest/client to make the hotel reservation. You are responsible to collect the payment for any reservation made on HBMS portal.

Data Protection and Privacy

  • We collect and use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using HBMS, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • We implement reasonable measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee complete security against unauthorized access or breaches.

Limitation of Liability

  • HBMS portal is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the HBMS portal will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, HBMS or its admin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use HBMS portal, including but not limited to loss of profits or data.

Termination

  • HBMS.in or its admin reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to HBMS at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these terms.

Modifications to Terms

  • We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes, and your continued use of HBMS after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Product Delivery

  • Once the payment is made we will activate your ID to access HBMS portal within 48 working hrs.

Privacy Policy

  • We will not share any of your personal information with any individual or third party. We will maintain the confidentiality and protection of your personal information, at all times during and after providing services. We might use your persoanl information just to provide you with any updates about HBMS.
